58th Saint Mark's Day Competition
For 58 years, the AOC winegrowers' syndicate has celebrated viticultural excellence with its annual competition, held during Saint Mark's Day. This year, 43 cuvées were awarded out of nearly 138 samples, tasted blind by a jury of experts.
The awards ceremony took place on April 25th at the Alphonse Daudet hall in Orange, in the presence of our 2025 patron, journalist and taster Thierry Desseauve, and the mayors. A big thank you to them!
The dinner brought together 135 guests in a warm and festive atmosphere.

Domaine Berthet-Rayne Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2023
A juicy, subtle, and balanced blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Syrah. It has aromas of cherries, spicy berries, wild herbs, and warm spices, following through to a full body with silky tannins. Delicious fruit at the center, with a delicate texture. Juicy and flavorful, with a bright finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Drink from 2026.

A generous, fruity, and comforting 100% Grenache with strawberry, raspberry, orange peel, and some leather on the nose. It's medium-to-full-bodied with fine tannins. Engagins, with a dense core of fuit and spices and a succulent finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Drink or hold.
